Erdogan Seizes 50 Syriac Churches and Monasteries, Declares Them Turkish State Property

Turkey’s dictator Erdogan continues his policy of making Turkey’s secular state into a Muslim one at the expense of Christians.   In Islam, there is no separation of mosque and state.

The practice is an ominous one not only for the historic Christian communities in Turkey, but for Western governments faced with a hostile power on their doorstep of Europe, expending resources on soft power abroad.
