On April 5, 2016, Dr. Robert P. George, McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University, delivered this lecture for the inaugural gathering of the Law Students for Life at Harvard Law School.

Dr. George has served as the chairman of the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, the President’s Council on Bioethics, and the United States Commission on Civil Rights.
His 2008 book “Embryo: A Defense of Human Life” (co-authored with Christopher Tollefsen) presents a comprehensive argument for protecting the unborn.
