For moral relativists, rape is a transgression only because it violates the principle of equality.  Equal consent has not been given, and therefore a crime has been committed.

This is absurd.

The doctrine of consent is like an Atlas upon whose shoulders the weight of the whole world of the moral relativist sits. It is reeling as sexual transgression accumulates.
