Dr. Jordan Peterson discusses the odd marriage of the thinking of Jacques Derrida and Michel Foucault with Cultural Marxism. As he notes, postmodernism’s discussion of the infinite possibility of interpretations falls absolutely dead when the question of viability gets introduced.
He makes an odd appeal to the necessary truth of evolutionary theory to support his argument, but it’s a stimulating lecture all the same.
